• Your next vet visit for a medication recheck to ensure your prescription stays current for seasonal or long term medication, usually every 3 - 6 months
• Or your annual vaccinations...next due a year from now!

We know this is a change for us, we hear you!

"What?! A year?! I dont know what I am doing next WEEK, let alone next YEAR"

And to that we say, we know! Life is busy, complex and sometimes just plain overwhelming! Having this next appointment booked we hope takes pressure off you, while helping you keep up to date with your pet's preventative and medical care.

What if it gets closer to that appointment and we can't make it? My roster changed? We are on holiday?

No problem! Youll receive a reminder a month, and a week out. This will prompt you to give us a call and change it to a time that suits...easy peasy!

• We get daily phone calls from clients, as you've run out of medication and need an urgent script, or you need to go to a cattery or kennels urgently and your dog's vaccine is lapsed.
• If vaccinations are 'quite' overdue we need to then booster that vaccination again to get your pets immunity when it needs to be, which means additional visits
• “Your Vets are so booked! I need to get in quickly!” Forward appointments help us assess appointment demand, and make sure we have adequate Vet staffing to be able to serve our clients and patients
